Cancellation Policy
Before dispatch, an order can be cancelled in full. Below are the details, including what happens if the parcel has already left.
Payment is taken and the order joins the picking queue at A & E Bowery Lighting. From that moment until packing begins, cancelling is straightforward.
Email service@bowerylights.shop or telephone +1 212-219-3888 with the order number. Where packing has not begun we cancel the order and refund in full in 5 to 10 business days.
A shipped parcel cannot be called back. The returns policy takes over: refuse delivery or post it back, and we refund when it arrives with us.
Orders we cancel
From our side, cancellation happens when stock is not there, a price was published in error, or the address cannot be reached. We give the reason and refund in full.
Changing an order instead of cancelling
To alter a quantity, change an item or update the address, ring +1 212-219-3888 instead of cancelling. Pre-packing amendments keep your dispatch slot.
