Payment Policy

Below you will find the payment methods we support and a plain explanation of how your card details are processed.

Methods we accept

Credit and debit cards

Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted, processed on our provider's systems.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

Available on supported devices and browsers as an express checkout option.

Klarna

Offered at checkout where eligible. Terms are set by Klarna, not by us.

Afterpay

Available at checkout where eligible. The agreement is between you and Afterpay.

Currency

Everything is priced and charged in US dollars, with no added handling fee on the checkout total.

How your card details are handled

Card information is taken by the payment processor in a secure form. It is never written to our database, and we only learn whether the payment was approved.

When you are charged

Charging happens at order placement rather than at shipping. If we cannot complete the order, it is cancelled and fully refunded. See the Cancellation Policy.

Declined payments

When payment is declined there is no order and no charge. A short authorisation hold may show briefly. Speak to your issuer, and call +1 212-219-3888 if it repeats.
