Shipping Policy
We deliver LED bulbs and light fixtures across the United States. Below you will find the current rates, how quickly orders leave us, and what happens if a parcel arrives damaged or not at all.

Flat $11.95 shipping, free over $99, United States only, dispatched within one business day.

Standard shipping is a flat $11.95. Orders at or above $99 ship free, and the discount is applied by the checkout rather than by request.
Dispatch and delivery times
Dispatch normally takes one business day, and delivery a further 3 to 7 business days. Neither includes weekends or public holidays.
Where we ship
We deliver anywhere in the United States. We do not ship to international addresses.
Damaged parcels
Damaged parcels should be reported within 48 hours to service@bowerylights.shop with photographs of the packaging and contents. A replacement or refund follows, and we pay the return cost.
Delayed or missing parcels
No tracking movement for five business days means something has gone wrong. Contact us and we will raise the claim with the carrier.
